June 20, 2011 - Former British foreign minister David Miliband and Former French foreign minister Bernard Kouchner in an opinion article published in the New York Times yesterday called on their governments to set a deadline, soon, for satisfactory response from the Sri Lankan government, and if it is not forthcoming to initiate the international arrangements recommended by the UN Panel Report.
