We are waiting.

Indian Policy and Sri Lanka civil war - A time for Re-Evaluation

Some find it highly amusing; others, recognising perhaps a predicament in which they have occasionally found themselves, can manage only a wry smile. Indian foreign policy mandarins, who must be questioning their own competence in managing the Sri Lankan relationship, must be included in the latter category.

SRI LANKA: Cry from the Graves?
