15 06 2011 - IMADR (THE INTERNATIONAL MOVEMENT AGAINST ALL FORMS OF DISCRIMINATION AND RACISM) in an Oral Statement to the Human Rights Council 17th Session urged the appointment of a Country Rapporteur to assist Sri Lankan government to address issues at stake arising from the UN Expert Panel Report.
